Team Leader - IT Support

One of my favourite clients is currently on the hunt for a passionate, delivery focussed people manager to come on board and lead a dynamic team of 8-9.
As Team Lead you will ensure the overall end to end delivery of major IT support services to the business. This will encompass vendor management; incident, problem, change and release management; disaster recover and capacity planning; and, IT training…to name a few!
