Private Equity Lawyer

Our Corporate Group is experiencing unprecedented growth and involvement in significant transactions. It is now looking for a 3-8 year lawyer, with experience in Private Equity and ECM. Our Private Equity team's experience includes fund formation, MBO's and LBO's. We advise management teams on exit options, such as trade sales and IPOs, and advise invested companies through the course of private equity ownership and beyond. The team has extensive experience in deal structuring, negotiating transactions, restructuring, refinancing and providing tax advice.  Our Capital Markets team has considerable experience in equity and debt offerings involving capital raisings (including IPOs) and stock exchange listings both in Australia and overseas. We also provide compliance and transactional advice to publicly listed companies. Many of the projects we work on involve cross-border securities issues and dual listings. We also have extensive experience in preparing prospectuses, underwriting documentation, and due diligence reviews, as well as liaising with the ASIC and the ASX. Our team is known for its expertise in advising on structured products that provide access to various product classes and investment strategies using debt and debt-like structures.  The right candidate will enjoy autonomy, great work, a collegiate team and good remuneration in the world's premier global law firm. Journeyman Pipe Fitters & Ductwork Erectors

Arpi's Industries Ltd. is the largest mechanical contractor in Western Canada. Due to a robust economy in Western Canada and our workload requirements the current tradesman availability can not keep up. We are currently seeking journeyman pipe fitters and journeyman ductwork erectors to join our team in Canada. We would be looking for individuals who would be willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta, Canada on a permanent or temporary basis. Temporary basis would be considered but no less than a 3 year term.  Arpi's work consists of mechanical (plumbing, heating and HVAC ductwork) systems within commercial buildings. Only applicants with at least 3 years of journeyman experience in commercial work may be considered. Arpi's will assist with the immigration process and help find suitable housing for the right individuals.
