Emigrate Glasgow Directions
Situated just off junction 19 of the M8 motorway, the SECC is within five minutes drive of the city centre and 15 minutes from Glasgow International Airport. SECC has its own railway station and bus terminal linking with Glasgow's excellent public transport system.
By Train
Exhibition Centre station is SECC's own dedicated railway station allowing easy access from the city centre and the suburbs. Six trains an hour from Central Station (lower level) will bring you to Exhibition Centre station in a journey time of just three minutes. By Bus
757 Air Link
From the airport, First Bus 757 service operates daily (every 30 minutes) to and from Glasgow city centre or the airport from the SECC. A single fare to or from the SECC from Buchanan Bus Station on service 757 costs £2.00.
By Road
The SECC is just off the M8 motorway, Junction 19. From M8 take the westbound Clydeside Expressway (A814) exit at the Partick/Glasgow Harbour slip and take a sharp left at the first set of traffic lights. This will bring you to parking at the west of the SECC site. Park as directed by sinage/stewards. Parking is charged at £5.00 per car, per visit, payable on exit.
By Taxi
There are taxi ranks throughout the city. Main pick-up points include Buchanan Bus Station, Queen Street and Central Stations and most
large hotels.
