Canada scored highly in terms of work-life balance, with a Canadian working an average of 1,702 hours a year, less than the OECD average of 1,776. Those who are hoping to become residents of the Canada can also relax in the knowledge that the country is one of the safest in the world, with Canadians reporting the fewest number of assaults of those living in any OECD nation.
